Woolsack is operated by CodeCart. This page is a plain summary of what happens to your data.

The contract risk assessment

• What we store: your twelve multiple-choice answers and the resulting score and risk factors. We do not ask for your name, email, company or any contract text.
• Where: a database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). The website itself is served by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses.
• Sharing: each result has a link. Anyone who has the link can view that result, so share it carefully.
• Deleting: the browser you used to run the assessment shows a Delete button on the result page. Deletion is permanent. Results are otherwise kept so that anonymous totals on the Insights page stay meaningful.
• Insights page: shows only anonymous totals such as averages and the most common issues.

Contract and invoice generators

• Everything you type is processed in your browser to build the PDF. It is not uploaded or saved, and the form clears after you download.
• The PDFs you create are yours. They carry no Woolsack branding.

What is saved in your browser

• Your chosen language and light or dark theme.
• A private delete key for each result you create, so you can delete it later from the same browser.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Because results contain no personal details, we generally cannot link a result to a person. If you have a question about your data, contact CodeCart at hello@codecart.org.
